Appointments typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour, providing ample time to discuss your needs, address questions, and ensure the attentive care you deserve.

We value open and respectful communication and strive to be accessible while maintaining the presence required to care deeply for our clients. Phone and text communication are available for your convenience. Text messages are welcomed between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm and are typically returned during those hours. Texts are silenced overnight from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am to allow for rest and focused care. If something feels urgent and you do not receive a prompt response by text, a phone call is always welcome. Phone calls are appropriate for urgent concerns at any time, and twenty four hour emergency coverage is always provided.
